The MoChWo 2020 conference will be organized online. All participants are request to follow instructions carefully to avoid technical glitches during conference.

Conference program is available here, which will provide a unified gateway to get access to technical sessions. Please bookmark the conference program page in your web-browser. Note: all registered participants will get a code to get access to conference.

Important note:
  • All presenters are requested to login ZOOM platform at least five minutes before scheduled sessions.

  • Use your actual name in ZOOM screen to support our team. There will be a participant named “Technical Team” to facilitate participants. Please communicate with “Technical Team’ privately in case you need any help.

  • Please send PowerPoint presentation at conference@kias.org.np with file name “article code” (e.g. OR-QE-1-605) by October 05 2020 (12.00 PM, Nepal Standard Time). Article codes are available in the conference program. The presentation will be shared by our Technical Team in case of a presenter faces a technical problem.

Oral Presentation guidelines
  • All presenters must make in-person presentation.

  • Except keynote and invited presentations, all oral presentations have a 15 minutes slot. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation for 12 minutes. There will be 3 minutes discussion after your talk.

  • Keynote presentation will be 40 minutes, including 10 minutes for discussion. All invited presentations have a 30 minute slot, including 5 minutes discussion.

  • The MoChWo has a very strict policy on time management. You have to stop when time is up even if you have not finished.

  • Presentation content must run by presenter herself/himself online, who will get access to share screen during the time of presentation.

  • Those who have received scholarship to participate conference from MoChWo Conference Secretariat through various partner organizations are requested to acknowledge such awards in acknowledgment slides. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you need any further information.

Poster Presentation guidelines

  • Posters will be presented in a separate Poster Session.

  • Presenters will receive three opportunities in Poster Session:
    1. Provide a one-page Poster PDF that can be displayed
    2. Submit a two-minute recorded presentation. (Optional)
    3. Participate live in Q&A during the poster session. (Compulsory)

  • If you want to present a two-minute recorded presentation, please follow instruction provided here. Send the link at conference@kias.org.np with subject line “Article code” of your presentation.

  • The title and authors must appear at the top of the poster. Please check program schedule to find out your article code.

  • We recommend the use of a font size legible in computer screen.

  • Those who have received scholarship to participate conference from MoChWo Conference Secretariat through various partner organizations are requested to acknowledge such awards in acknowledgment section. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you need any further information.
